We Singh, we feel joy, we enormous and enlightening our day of independence. The national anthem is an evoke and kind of eulogies we give to our fighters , enormous struggles and all the pain they felt to see our happy independent faces.
Yes, we are going to talk about 15th August, the day of independence From British government, the day of power transfer from British government to legislative power.
The day to be remembered as a history of independent India.
The day to be patriotic.
The day to show love and respect towards freedom fighters.
It is so true ,how we feel on this auspicious day , how we celebrate singing all the patriot songs , enjoying the day of independence.
Stories of independence have always been an important part of our history. The places, the names, the struggle to achieve our main agenda of freedom and independence became reality.
It was sacrifice of multiple freedom fighters who lead us to an independent country and a powerful nation.
It has been 70 long years of independence India with the development and growth, we still are developing but the efforts and strength are speechless.
THE PLACES REMUNDING US ABOUT OUR FIGHT AND STRUGGLE FOR INDEPENDENT COUNTRY
The place of India plays a vital role telling us the screams and struggle of fighters.
There are places in India which shouts and tell stories of independent India.
- Red Fort- Red fort Will always be the major story part of independence and fighter’s struggle. We still host flag and do an auspicious celebration at red fort with parade and prime minister hosting the national flag.
- Kala pani cellular jail Andaman and Nicobar
This place holds a different importance, this place has seen the. Fighters getting prisoned there and shouting slogans for independent India.
3.Sabarmati Ashram – we all know about this place in Ahmedabad where Mahatma Gandhi started as a laboratory about all his movements and a place for the animal husbandry and agricultural activities.
Jallianwala Bagh- this place still holds the bullet holes in their walls.
The place which is the reason of thousands of death and scream of many people .
13 April 1919 , the blackest Baisakhi ever for Sikh community which turned out to be a death day in history.
These places in different cities and states will always be a fact and reminder to the nation about how our freedom fighter dealt with so much pain to fulfil our independent lives.
REVOLT OF 1857
We all know about a lot of movement leading to freedoms like Dandi March, non-cooperation movement, Jallianwala Bagh- massacre after Rowlatt act. But revolt of 1857 was the biggest step towards freedom of India.
It was the highlight when freedom fight started.it might be the fall of Mughals after the death of Aurangzeb but gave a goosebumps to British and started the war between British power and India, after which 1857-1947 struggle didn’t stop and lead a way to independence.
15th AUGUST 2018.
It’s been 70 years of independence and we still have the same story of nation. Democratic yet under influence of politics and politicians.
We broke the glass House of British Empire but mended everything for the government and legislative power with mud. we people of India as a whole nation stands as a secular Democratic country but what are the majors which have changed for us?
Constitution assembly, Elections. Our fighters wanted us to be great decider and live an independent life with our terms.
The nation is always been a love for the citizens , but it should be 365 days of the year not just 2 days in a year. 26th January and 15tg August.
We all celebrate it as a commercial holiday these days resting at home making a crowd at restraints and going for an outing either we can plan our day remembering the fighters and respectful memory should be there.
I am not saying go out put slogans and shout out for India.
But all we can do is plan a day watching movies which may boggle you with the freedom fighters struggling journey and may this be a entertainment as well to uh
The Bollywood have given us a lot of memory in form of movies
- Lagaan
- Krant
- Bhagat Singh Biopic
- Border
- Loc Kargil
- mother India
- Rang De Basanti
- Gandhi
These movies might be an entertaining factor on a holiday but are story of all the fighters and situation of that India.
