The nomination process for the Tandur Municipality elections witnessed brisk activity yesterday (January 29), as a total of 97 candidates filed their nomination papers on the second day.

Candidates from major political parties including Congress, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), AIMIM, Janasena, along with several Independent candidates, submitted nominations across various municipal wards.

Election officials stated that the nomination process was conducted smoothly under supervision.
