Recently, The Health Education And Development Society NGO (HEADS NGO) had the privilege of meeting with the Commissioner of the Municipal Council of Tandur. The purpose of this meeting was to extend a warm greeting and welcome to the newly appointed Commissioner while discussing various topics concerning the development of Tandur. The meeting covered crucial areas such as stray dog control, park maintenance, sanitization efforts, and the use of pesticides to combat mosquito-related issues. Additionally, the Commissioner shared his vision for Tandur’s development, highlighting key projects such as the installation of TriGlow Rope Lights and improvements to roundabouts and parks. Moreover, the HEADS NGO team also had the opportunity to meet with the Chairperson, who shed light on the challenges faced due to political conflicts and revealed the significant funds available for the development of Tandur.
Discussing Stray Dog Control:
One of the primary concerns raised by the HEADS NGO during their meeting with the Commissioner was the issue of stray dogs in Tandur.
